Who can request a consultation?+
Anyone exploring study, scholarships, volunteering, international experiences, or application planning.
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?+
No. Mohammed reviews your request first. Payment instructions follow approval, and the session is confirmed after receipt of funds.
How long is the consultation and what does it cost?+
The consultation is 50 minutes and the base price is 25 JOD. Mohammed confirms any foreign-currency amount before transfer.
How do I pay?+
After approval, you receive instructions for your selected method: CliQ, Revolut, BLIK, or Western Union.
Which time zone is used?+
All times are shown in Jordan time, Saturday through Tuesday, between 10:00 and 21:00.
How will I receive the meeting link?+
The session takes place on Google Meet. Mohammed creates the link manually and includes it with the final confirmation.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
You can request a change at least 24 hours before the session, subject to availability. Contact us by email or WhatsApp.
