Refunds

An appointment request requires no payment. If Mohammed cancels a paid session and no alternative time is agreed, the amount received will be refunded in full. A client cancelling more than 24 hours before the session may request a refund, subject to applicable law and any transfer fees charged by the provider. Later cancellations and no-shows are reviewed individually. Send your booking reference and relevant information to the official email to request cancellation or a refund. The website does not reverse bank transfers automatically.
